I'm renting out my furnished room in a three bedroom house from May15th-Aug15th while I am away for an internship. You are sharing the house with two professionals.

• You will have everything you need: a queen-size bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser, mirrors, a shelf, plus you won't need any kitchen supplies as everything is provided.
  
• There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom, and  washer and dryer. A great sunroom. Lots of room storage of your stuff.
  
• About 8 minutes drive to campus and 5 min away from UMBC catonsville-shuttle line.
  
• In walking distance of Safeway and Westview shopping center (Sam's Club, Ross, and Marshall). 5 min drive to Hmart, Giant, and Walmart and a quick drive to Great Wall.
  
• Rent is $500/month and utilities about $50 total/month (including internet, water, and gas/electric).

In case you want to google map the area here is the address: 922 Prestwood rd, Catonsville, 21228. It is a pretty safe neighbourhood.
