While I personally don't think it makes up for the poor decision to not close early last night, I do feel it right to give credit where credit is due.  Kudos to the decision making team for making the decision to close campus tomorrow at 4 PM this afternoon.  The forecasts haven't changed and it makes everyone's lives easier knowing way in advance that they do not have to stress about whether or not campus will be closed.
