Female Senior Looking for Off-Campus Housing for next year??
Planning to live near the Giant on Wilkins

I am looking for 2-3 roommates to live with me next school year (August 2015-May 2016) in a townhouse close to the Giant off of Wilkins. If you already have a townhouse and are looking for roommates, I am interested. I will be going to University of Maryland School of Social Work in the city but my boyfriend will continue to live on campus at UMBC. I have a friend in a similar situation but she is not sure if she will live in the city or closer to UMBC. We are both very friendly, respectful, and clean people.
In my spare time I like to workout, relax with a glass of wine, or hangout with my boyfriend. I would probably have a few small gatherings throughout the semester on the weekends but during the week I would have no more than 1 person over at night. I do not have any pets and will not have time to care for one next year but I don't mind if you have pets. As far as common areas, I would like the cleaning to be divided evenly between all roommates.
I have been an RA on campus for the past three years so I am pretty good at resolving conflicts and speaking up if there is something that bothers me. I am looking for roommates who are respectful, friendly, and focused on graduating- undergraduate or graduate (only female please, any gender preference).
