Me and a friend are trying to move into a brand new house but we need another roommate for the upcoming school year of fall 2015-spring 2016.. can start in may!!
less than 8 minutes to campus
rent is $1200
utilities range from $175-225
cable package about $125
and this would be split between 3 people.(about $520 FOR EVERYTHING)
3 bedroom house, 2 full bathrooms, 3 floors with a large basement for storage.
full kitchen including a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
washer and dryer upstairs
the house will be fully furnished, except you need your own bedroom stuff
looking for a clean and respectful person
me and my friend are athletes and we also care about school.
