11:30-12:45 classes meet???
With campus opening at 12 today, do they?

I'm wondering if 11:30-12:45 classes meet at 12 today. The weather policy says that classes with more than 45 minutes of class time scheduled after opening will meet. So, does more than really mean more than, or can classes with exactly 45 minutes meet to?
