I'm looking for someone (female) to move into my apartment and sign my lease over to. I currently live in a three bedroom apartment in Mount Ridge Apartments which is about 5 minutes away from campus. There are two other females currently in the apartment and you would have your own room. The rent is 450 a month but can go to 500-550 with gas/electric and internet included. The apartment includes a washer and dryer.
