Looking for female Terrace roommates for Fall 2015

Hi everyone!
I'm losing some great roommates to graduation this spring, so I'm currently looking for new ones for next year. I'm planning to live in one of the Terrace apartments again, because they're cheaper and more convenient than Walker.
I'm a traditional track chemical engineer, entrepreneurship minor, and will be graduating in May 2016.
I'm totally tolerant of a little chronic disorder - but my perfect idea of a sink is one that isn't filled up with dishes on a regular basis. I keep my own room organized most of the time and would love to find people who also like to keep the common areas fairly neat and clean.
I go to bed and get up early on weekdays (10:00/5:30), because I study better at these hours, but I'm not fussy about noise, and I'm very quiet particularly in the early morning.
I love helping people, so if you occasionally want a study buddy to keep you focused before an exam, essay proofreader, or math troubleshooter, I'll give it my best shot. I love to read, write, work out, solve problems, try new things, and get to know people!
