Hi guys,
I am a new graduate student of UMBC, the first tenant of a newly decorated house at Gloria Ave. It's about ten minutes walk from UMBC. There will be three rooms available at the end of this month.
The rent of each room is no more than $500, depending on the size of the room. Internet is free. We can split the gas and electricity fees.
You'll just need to buy a bed to move in. Everything else is great.
