About the room: We are asking $600 for everything. This price includes rent, utilities, and high speed FiOS internet (75/75 download/upload). You can choose from 2 of the available rooms. Room 1 available now, Room 2 available February 1st. The house is located on the 1300 block of Birch Ave in Arbutus (10-15 minute walk to campus).

About Us: I am a senior Information Systems undergrad and my girlfriend is a senior Biology (minor Chemistry) undergrad. We keep ourselves busy with work and school during the week and find time to hang out and enjoy ourselves during the weekend. We have 2 dogs (German Shephard and Lab) and 2 cats. We are very clean/organized and respectful of others.

We are looking for a clean and respectful person who can pay rent on time. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis.
