Two Rooms Available ASAP

Right by campus on Palladi Ave. Rooms are 340$ (which is a really good price) plus utilities (which run around 40 or less for BGE and 30 for TV/Internet). It's avail till July 21. One room is in the basement w/ own half bathroom.
House: total of 4 UMBC students who live here. The room in particular is not furnished.
5 min walk to the Arbutus line bus stop. We are all chill people, please be clean and respectable.
3 guys currently live here: 2 undergrad, 1 grad. We are all busy students.
*No pets are allowed.
*Place avail to move-in starting Sun, Jan 25.
