We have a room for rent in our Catonsville town home, in a neighborhood off of Wilkens Ave right by 695. Its a smaller room, 8x11, but its only for $325. The room is on the second floor and there is a shared bathroom with 1-2 other guys (I say this because one of the bedrooms has a half bath, but the shower is shared between all 3 of us. Another guy lives in the basement so there would be 4 total. Shared living room, dinning area, kitchen, and backyard. Utilities are not included but only end up being about $40-60, including the internet.
