I'll be moving out of my room in a shared townhouse after graduation in May - the lease ends August 29th and I need someone to take on my part of the lease for the summer! You'll be able to move in by May 25th.

• Located in the Glens at Rolling Road
  
• Rent is $460, negotiable with the two ladies already living here.
• Utilities were roughly $80 for December, maybe less for the summer?
  
• The room is 8'6" by 7'2" and has a closet (floor plan at the link).
  
• Nice kitchen w/dining area and new gas stove/oven, fridge, and dishwasher.
  
• 10-15 minutes from UMBC with no traffic, usual morning traffic on I695 is 30ish minutes, but there are multiple other ways to UMBC.
  
• Wawa and 7/11 down the road on one side of neighborhood, cheapest gas station in the area on the other side on the way to UMBC.
  
• 5 minutes from Giant, Double T, and Walmart, across the street from a Mars and various food places.
  
• Bus 77 stops right in front of the neighborhood and stops at UMBC.
  
• I walked to take the GRE at a test center down the street. It was great.
