Room for rent in condo

I am a staff member at UMBC and I have a small bedroom for rent in a 2br condo near UMBC. The condo is on the UMBC bus line and you would have your own bathroom. The room has a bed frame and box spring but no mattress or other furniture. You'd share the kitchen, living area and washer dryer with me. I am a 50 year old single woman and work at UMBC and would prefer to rent to a UMBC student - can be male or female. I do have 1 dog and 1 cat. I also smoke but only on my deck so it's okay if you are a smoker as well. The rent would be $475 a month but includes utilities and premium cable. I would require a 1/2 month security deposit with first month's rent and 2 references as to your ability to pay and your character. Please be somewhat neat and clean and I would prefer someone who can respect my privacy as I will respect yours. Please contact me and I will get back to you and we can schedule a time for you to see the condo. I am hoping to have the room rented by January 1, but am flexible on the move in date.
