Looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse in Arbutus/Halethorpe.
Located less than 2 miles from UMBC, close to CCBC and Patapsco State Park. It's in a really safe area, and we get along well with our landlady and neighbors.
Current occupants: One undergraduate MCS major, one graduate student in Biology!
The room available is located at the back of the house overlooking the yard. Rent is $500/month for the room, and utilities are usually $50-60/month.
Our lease is up July 1, 2015, but we can definitely negotiate a renewal.
