The apartment is located at Cedar Run Apartments in the historic part of Catonsville. It is a Safe neighborhood and management is very nice and easy to deal with. The UMBC shuttle runs every hour. Great place to have while in school and very close to school. Also grocery store and CVS are in walking distance. I am trying to move out by December or January and the apt is sub letted as is. Its in very nice condition and I have kept it very clean.

Rent: 788 +utilities (my BGE bill was 35 dollars last month) (water is 14.95)

Easy Comcast hook up they have someone who lives on site.

If you go to the leasing office know for the spring the rent will be $806 so you are getting saving 20 a month by leasing with me. My lease is over at the end of the spring semester.
