This apartment is on the Arbutus bus line, and is 0.5 miles away from campus. It's at the edge of campus. It's a very big apartment - a spacious living room/dining room area, a walk-in closet, 2 more closets (lots of closet space), a full kitchen, and a really big bedroom.
