Dark Side
Catbug's dark side was shown in the "Jelly Kid Dies!" episode. In this episode Catbug beheads Jelly Kid and shows no remorse for his action. It is hypothesized that this was due to his animal side of things.
Personality
Catbug generally has a very sweet and childlike personality. It is thought that this allows him to be more carefree and live a simpler life. In the "gas powered stick" episode he is seen talking to a spider. In the "Catbug" episode we see Dannytell Catbug to drop a bowl of sugar peas which he happily does.
Origion
Catbug's origin was seen in "Dimension Garden" where we see him in his grub form (pictured bellow). After an incident with wallow, Catbug went into cocoon form and later Catbug emerged.
Dark Side
