What's the official word on vaping/e-cigarettes on campus?

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but does UMBC have an official policy on vaping/e-cigarettes in campus buildings? I won't vape in classrooms, but I can't really see any harm doing it in restrooms or common areas, especially when I ask others if they mind. Any idea?

I vape but I only do it outdoors and away from entrances to buildings. I think if everyone followed that rule nobody would really be bothered. Doing it indoors is kind of rude, I consider it offensive to other students and faculty. Not everyone knows what it is, theres no FDA regulations on it yet and nobody wants to smell blueberry waffles in the hallway. My goal as someone who vapes is to not piss people off and force the school to update their no smoking policy. I just want to get my nicotine between classes in a way that bothers as few people as possible. In the event that I am bothering you please just say something, it's not a problem for me to quickly put it away and the vapor dissipates in a few seconds.
