Great Room Open for Rent in Hampden Apartment!

Hi,
I currently live in Baltimore City -- Hampden, it's real nice, and I'm looking for someone to take my bedroom as I am moving out of my apartment early!
It's located at 2946 Keswick Rd. Baltimore MD, 21211!
It's apartment number two and it's a large bedroom. Currently I have two roommates living with me but I am moving out and need someone to take my place. My rent is $440, but can potentially be lowered slightly depending on negotiations with the other roommates.
It's a nice apartment, inside a renovated row home in Hampden, just a 10 minute walk to the avenue!
It's got a garage in back that you can use!
It's 20 minutes from UMBC!
It's got it's own laundry machine and dryer and it's got a little back deck seating area.
My room is huge too.
