I am very disappointed at the [few] food service options and employees we have on campus. They are rude, arrogant, and often get your order wrong. On top of that, all of them seem to hate their lives and in turn hate me too for actually making them do their job. It takes forever to get served--not just because of long lines, but because there seems to be no sense of order with how things are run. And when you try to file a complaint, it seems there is no direct department to voice your concerns. Someone please point me to the right direction.
