I was wondering if I am allowed to bring my Portugese Water Dog into class with me? I have sat in classrooms where the professor brought their muppet dog in to wander the room without care if the student is allergic. My dog, Jack, is hypo-allergenic and is awesome, plus he loves horses and humans!!!

I'd like to know if this is allowed, and if not, why are profressors allowed to bring their animal or animals in the room? Also, what would happen if I brought my best buddy, Jack, into a classroom?
