WHAT HAPPENED TO THE AFRICAN STUDENTS ASSOCIATION AT UMBC?

I am aware that at one point, there was an African Students Association at UMBC but according to their website, they have been defunct since at least 2007. That is the last time the website was updated and yet it seems to still be registered as a legit student organization. At least you can see their constitution.

So what exactly happened?
