I am a part time UMBC graduate student and full time teacher in need of a roommate to share my townhouse with. The house is fully furnished, has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, one I use as an office, one as a home gym, one and a half bathrooms, a fenced in backyard, and is about a 5 to 10 minute drive from UMBC depending on traffic. You can have full access to the washer and dryer and kitchen. I also have full Verizon FIOS cable, phone, and internet. The bedroom for rent currently has a TV and DVD player in it, but no cable, but I can get that added if desired. The rent would be $650 a month and this would include all utilities. There is also a security deposit of $250. Also, I have a large dog, so if you are allergic or don't like dogs, please don't reply to this. He can be a handful. I would not expect any roommate to have to do anything for him, but it would be nice to have someone who gets along with him. Please reply to this post and let me know if you are interested.
