I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, since I am moving in with my girlfriend. It is a pretty big room and conveniently located in a single family house off of Circle Drive. It has a well furnished basement with laundry, pool table, bar and workout equipment. You will be sharing the place with two other guys.
