Basement 12 X 25 for rent

Me and my roommate are looking for someone responsible and clean to rent out our basement room for $375 / month ( Including all utilities and Internet). We have no preference for the gender of the future tenant.
The basement room will be carpeted by next week. It also has the washer and dryer which we will need to use only on the weekend.
If you prefer that we do not use it then the rent will be $415 / month as we will have to use the laundromat .
About me : Currently a 3rd year graduate student , avid hiker and movie and music lover
About my roommate : Working professional in Biomedical field , avid gamer , anime and movie lover and pianist extraordinaire.
Both of us are clean, responsible and easy going. We like to maintain our townhouse (aka clean all common areas it once monthly). The townhouse is located in Arbutus and is 0.8 miles from parking lot 20.
It is 2 blocks away from the arbutus line UMBC shuttle service. I personally walk to school in order to get my daily exercise and it takes me about 20 min to get there. When I drive I get there in around 5 min.
Parking is plentiful at all times and both if us had never had any trouble in finding a spot. I have lived in the property for about 1.5 years and so far crime has not been an issue and we are pretty acquainted with all our neighbors.
I have attached some pictures of the properties. The resolution of these pictures are not very high as I used my phone' camera. Nevertheless, they serve to give you an idea of the property
