I can't believe it but Campus Loop Rd (the entrance off of 195) is now all "no UMBC parking." It makes no sense because nothing changed, there's still space for cars there and this area isn't part of the new construction. Why would we do this especially when parking is already an issue? That's at least 50 spots, just gone. We could use as many spots as we can get.

Is there any new lot to compensate for the amount of parking spaces this move will displace?
