I hope this e-mail finds you all in great spirits.  I currently live in a one bedroom with a nice, decent sized, den with a built in closet (big) available.  It if not far from the Shade Grove Campu and the metro is literallt  across the street within walking distance.  Allso, the unit has its own washer and dryer.  All utilities are included and the rent in negotioable, I'm more concerened about finding a reliable, responsible roomate.  I am open to everyone so your sexual orientation is not going to be judged by me just in case!
