Hey guys,
One of my roommate graduated and I need someone to fill her space for atleast the Fall semester.
A little about my roomie and I:
I'm a female senior at UMBC studying Film. I work and go to school, so I usually like to chill at home. Im pretty sociable, but since im "of age", I usually go out and have fun, as opposed to bringing it home.
My roommate is a computer science major at CCBC. Hes really chill too and usually keeps to himself.
The place.
Its a 2 bed room, 3 floor townhouse in Westland Gardens and I am looking to rent out the basement area. The house comes with a washer and dryer, small fenced backyard, and is next to a decent sized parking lot.
We want to find someone by the 16th.
Its a 10min walk from campus, (2min) but honestly The Arbutus line is on the corner and comes every hour.
The 35, and 77 are all less than 4 blocks away.
The grocery store and gas station is right next to the neighborhood so food and gas are really close by!
I have a dog as well. Hes old and friendly, doesn't jump or do anything annoying but if your allergic it would probably be a problem. I smoke too.
Rent would be $310
Utilities are usually around $40-90 so its not too bad
