Room Available in Halethorpe
I am looking for a two roommates for a home in Halethorpe. It on the UMBC shuttle route (Halethrope/Satellite) and near some of the Arbutus attractions. The home is near the Halethorpe MARC station and is only 2.5 miles away from campus. It is also easy access to I-95 for those who drive.
The home is pretty new with updated appliances/amenities and a nice landlord.It is a three bedroom/2.5 bath home with a nice deck and garage. Check out the listing link below for pictures. There are one spot available: One bedroom (14' x14') and half bath for $625 w/o utilities. The room is available starting August 22.
A little about me: I work full time and go to school part-time. I am outgoing and love to have a good time on down time. I like having friends over and the occasional BBQ and drinks. I prefer to have roommates that I can hang out with and have a good conversation. Cleanliness is key as well. I don't have a preference (male or female) for roommates.
