Hello! My friends and I are living in a two bedroom (basement possible bedroom) 2.5 bath townhome off of route 40 (10-15 mins from campus).
The house is very clean and in a nice neighborhood.
Rent will be 250-400 (depending on how many people live there) not including utilities, internet, etc.

There are currently only 4 people residing in the house (3 girls, 1 guy)
and you have to be okay with a cat(s) living in the house.
