Apartment on Route 40
Hey guys,
I'm leaving my apartment, so my room is available for rent.The apartment is right off of route 40, Exit 15B off of I-695. It’s 2bedroom, 2bathroom (Master bedroom, which is currently occupied by my roommate).
The living room and dining room are furnished - you will just need to bring furniture for the bedroom. You will also need dishes and pots and pan for the kitchen because I will be taking mine (currently my roommate and I share my stuff).
Monthly rent is $672/person each month. The BGE and Comcast bill is on my roommate’s name so we split that every other month. It is about $150/person every 2 months. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit. No water or trash cost.
