Im looking at a townhouse near umbc ( its right near the giant and that shopping center) its a 4 bedroom 3.5 baths. The total for the house is $2000 a month that includes utilities and it will be split four ways. I'm going to look at the house tomorrow, but I wanted to see if three female undergraduate students would be interested in renting out the place with me. It would be a minimum lease of a year.
