Looking for mature roommates

Senior at UMBC looking to rent off campus. My budget is $650 max including utilities. I would like to live with 2-3 people. Private bed and bath would be nice. Near umbc campus, Arbutus and Catonsville.

I am looking for the following qualities in my roommate that I try to embody as well: Mature, Kind, respectful, drama free, social, understanding and studious.

I rarely party and drink... Maybe once or twice a month. I do not use drugs and would like to live in a smoke free environment. I have a Pomeranian puppy who is very well behaved. I enjoy basketball and working out.
