Rent is $375. Utilities run between about $90 and $150 depending on the season.  This is assuming a 4 way split, in the total for utilities I have included BGE, Comcast cable and internet, and the water bill.  The house is 4 rooms in total, 3 on the second floor, one on the first.  The available room is one of the rooms on the second floor.  The house has 2 full bathrooms(one on each floor),  a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a washer and dryer.  There is off street parking or if you don't have a car, it is a few minute walk to the nearest Catonsville Shuttle stop.  It's near route 40 so it's close to a bunch of stuff Shoppers, CVS, and Dunkin Donuts just to name a few. It's also clean and quiet.
