I got into Waverly Avenue Apartments. My issue is that I have a limited income, but not a lot of financial aid. I signed a lease because it was due soon, and was on the wait list for housing since I am a transfer as a junior. Any chance I would be able to get into another apartment on campus, or is my name off the list now, and am I able to break the lease? Are the Waverly Apartments decent?
