Looking for roommate for townhome!

Were looking for one or two people to move into our townhouse ASAP for the whole year. The room is the basement room, fully furnished with your own bathroom. The house has a kitchen, living room, and washer dryer. The kitchen has all utilities needed but feel free to bring your own as well. Rent is $427 if you would like the room to yourself but it more than big enough to share with another person and $340 a month if you do want to share.
