Hello, I am Michael. I am looking for a roommate for fall 2014 or however long you desire for an apartment house I am currently living in. My current roommate is moving out.

It is a two-bedroom house located on the top floor in the Meadow Lane Apartment complex. The available room does not have any walls that are adjacent to neighbor's walls. Rent is $830 split two ways making it $415, including water and gas. Pets are allowed: I have two cats, so don't be allergic.

I am a junior doing Infosys and am quiet and polite. As a rule I prefer to be by myself. I am non-competitive, like music, nature, and relaxation.

There are roaches and the cats love to hunt them. Services do a free extermination every 6 months or so. They aren't really a problem except in the evening as they are scared of the light. They rarely make it as far as our bedrooms too.
