I'm a Graduate student majoring in Information Systems, looking for a roommate or wouldn't mind moving into a house where you may need one more person, for the upcoming year, starting August/September. I'd ideally want to have a room on a non-sharing basis. My budget is ~ 450 including utilities.

Thought of sharing a 1br house and getting a divider for the living area, thereby ending up with two separate rooms - This adjusts the budget. :) But anything works as long as its around this 450 figure.

Also, I am looking for females to share the house with.
