Dress Pants for Sale- LOFT

Hi,
I recently purchased two dress pants from LOFT, one that is size 00, and another that is in another style but in size 0. I am looking to sell these to anyone who would be interested in buying them. Both items have never been worn and still contain their original tags.
The "wheat" colored one is ankle length (slim fit) and the black colored one is full length but in skinny style.
Attached you will find images of both pants.
I paid $26.99 for each pair, but would be willing to sell them for $44 total. If you're only interested in buying one pair, I am willing to sell them individually for $23 each.
