We are a group of 5, and I am looking for one more person to share a room with me in a townhouse. The house is 0.5 miles away from the school, and the rent would be around 200-300 including utilities.The move in date will also be the end of this month, and it will be a 12 month lease.

I am an upcoming sophomore that is majoring in computer science and am looking for someone who is overall clean, and is able to talk things out if any problems occur. It is also necessary that you must not be TOO loud, doesn't do drugs or smoke (in the house), and won't throw party as to not cause trouble for the neighbors. I also can not stress this enough, but you MUST be hygienic, so please be a person that takes showers.  It also does not matter if you are male or female as long as you are comfortable living with 5 other males.

edit: Right now, I am dealing with issues with my housemates on some of the renting issues as he made some decisions without notifying me, therefore, I will not be looking for a roommate until this is all figured out.
