Need Roommate for extra bedroom

I have a room for rent in our apartment in Strawberry Hills Apt Complex. $575/mo including utilities (BGE, interwebs, tv). The room is around 12x10ft.
I am a junior studying Social Work. Im very outgoing and love to cook. I enjoy copious amounts of Netflix, reading, and am constantly looking for an adventure. I am home a lot but I love to interract with people, if you rent my extra room, be prepared for me to try and be best friends. I am a collector of pets, deal with it.
Ryan, the other roommate, is an automechanic and very busy. He works 6 days a week and gets home late, so you probably won't see him. But he's a country boy who loves hunting, cars, and beer pong. He is very sweet and a gentlman, so have no fear ladies.
We have pets. There is a fish tank, feel free to add to it. We have 2 small cats, both considered kittens. One is very reserved and sleeps in a hidden place all day, and the other is very friendly and isnt satisfied unless she is cuddling you. And we have a dog, who is around 1yr old. She is overly friendly and has the IQ of a toddler. All animals are house trained and will stay out of your hair.
I will not judge applicants on religion, sexual orientation, gender, or anything like that. If you and I get along and you like the place you're probably golden.
We are pre-screening before showing the apt. Just so we don't have to dredge dozens of people through the place for no reason. We can meet up at the local Starbucks or Panera, or even on campus and talk for a bit to see if we're good fits. We will contact the applicants we think are the best fits for tours.
