Two guys looking for housing - Fall 2014

Hey Guys,
So I've been searching for housing for a couple weeks now and got a couple promising leads, but so far most of the people that I've talked to have flaked or backed out. I figured I'd post directly to the boards and try my luck.
Me and my friend Alex are looking for rooms in a house off campus. We're both trying to spend no more than around four or five hundred dollars a month, including utilities. If you've got a house already with a couple open rooms post a reply or text me at (301)524-1858.
We're both pretty laid back guys, just trying to find a place to kick the feet up when we're not studying. Hopefully we can work something out!
