Looking for a Roommate for Fall 2014

My friend and I are trying to look for a roommate for Fall 2014. We already have a place that we are looking to move into but it's a 3 bedroom cottage so we need to find one more person. The cottage is located in the Mt.Ridge community and it is right off Maiden Choice Lane. It's only 5 minutes away from the UMBC Bus Line and super close to the shopping center with a Giant and Subway.
The cottage is pretty big and it has a fully renovated kitchen, breakfast bar, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. There is one Master bedroom and two pretty large rooms. The total rent is $1375 so it will be roughly around $458 per person excluding utilities. I expect utilities to be around $75-125. Hopefully it will be lower but that is the most I expect them to be.
Now about me, I am a senior at UMBC majoring in Information Systems. I have lived at Mt.Ridge and I really liked the management company so I know how things work around here. I am pretty much into anything but my main interests are sports and video games. I am fairly quiet but I don't mind having people over but generally would like to keep it quiet during the weekdays. My main focus is school right now so I can't really have any distractions.
