I'm sitting in the Commons right now on one of the couches, and underneath my feet over the past hour or so I've watched a number of mice, a few cockroaches, and a couple beetles scurrying about like it's not a big deal. Normally I wouldn't mind, I understand that sometimes yes pests do get into buildings and they're not exactly dangerous. However, can maybe something be done about this problem? I remember all the way back to my freshman year noticing the same thing and it doesn't look like much has changed. It seems a bit unsanitary, especially since this is one of the main food serving buildings on campus and fecal matter is something I'd rather not have in my food.
