I am currently looking for someone that qualifies through leasing office to take over my one bedroom apartment.
(I have a lease on a convenient one bedroom apartment until November 30th, 2014, but it will be resigned when you move in and you are able to sign anywhere from 12 months or less.) 

Cost: The current rent for an apartment like mine ranges from $800 - $910, however, you will be granted the opportunity to lease the apartment for the same price received when I moved in. 

Includes: A decent sized bedroom, 1 bath, living and dining area, kitchen and a lot of closet space. It has a walkout balcony. The maintenance office is friendly and pretty quick to respond. Laundry facilities were recently renovated. The apartment also has an individual intrusion alarm system. 

Location: Beautiful and historic Ten Hill neighborhood of Baltimore County. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close to sources of transportation, Downtown Baltimore, shopping centers, Hospital, gym (Planet fitness, and LA Fitness) and schools (UMBC, CCBC, etc.). It's about 15min from the shuttle line, but a car would be helpful. It's also pet friendly.
