looking for a room/mate from august 2014

Hey guys,
I would be needing a room/ female roomie from August 1st week. I am a non-smoker/drinker, no pets and a clean person. I am completing my 2nd semester at UMBC now.
I have enquired 2 places,
1. 1bhk shared room-$330 (including utilities)
2. 1fully furnished basement,common area,separate bath,entrance- $550(including utilities)
This is the cheapest and most of the students live here(Arbutus, Westland). It is on the UMBC shuttle line and 10 mins walk to the school. The rent includes utilities like wifi , gas and electricity. Both the places are equipped with all the necessary amenities like microwave, washing machine , dryer, refrigerator, oven along with a queen-sized bed and a study table.
The places are 0.9 miles from UMBC campus and on Arbutus shuttle line. The bus stop is just in front of the house. Its a 10min walk, (2min drive from campus) The Arbutus line, 35, and 77 are all less than 4 blocks away. The grocery store and gas station is right next to the neighborhood so food and gas are really close by!
