Bruno has a room available for rent in his house in Halethorpe. According to Mapquest the house is about two miles/five minutes from UMBC. The room is ready for move-in whenever, but depending on interest there may be interviews for potential tenants. The rent is a flat fee of $500/month including utilities, and there is access to a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Rooms other than bedrooms are shared, including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and basement. The $500 security deposit and signed lease are due before moving in.
