I am looking for one roommate for the 2014-2015 school year. Tentatively starting July 2014. I have a place in mind I would prefer living, I've done the whole off campus living for a while now and so I tend to know what places are good and those that are not. Ideally rent will be about $1200 a month so at most $600 per person with utilities. Please be prepared with a co-signer.  I am looking for a person 21+, clean, pays rent on time, steady income. A little about myself I'm a history major and senior I'll finish in the fall and walk in the spring, I also run the umbc yoga club and teach yoga in the RAC. I think I'm very outgoing. One thing to note is that I do have someone in my life and chances are he'll be visiting like 5 out of 7 days a week, if that's an issue I'm probably not the best roommate for you. I also enjoy small get togethers with my 5 closest girlfriends about once a week usually on weekends. I'm not one for hosting big giant parties. I'm not looking for a roommate to be friends with, just respect at the minimum. Oh I think I will also add communication is key to me. I believe in addressing issues when they arise in a peaceful manner, if you are someone who isn't one for talking things out I'm probably not the person for you.
