I'm looking for a place to live by the end of July. I currently commute 1 hr - 45 min to school, I was living in my grandfathers home but unfortunately he passed  away suddenly April 12. He never was able to sign the lease over to my father. The house is now going to be put up for sale. So I'm looking for a place closer to campus to live.  I'm 25, super friendly studying French cultural studies and Korean. I am horribly allergic to cats I can't be around them for more than 20 min without having breathing issues. I also am allergic to roaches, I know these pests can be an issue. I can bring my own furniture and I'm willing to discuss rent maximums. I won't graduate until may 2015 so I can be a long term room mate.
