We have a basement room that is being unused for the summer. It has its own bathroom, shower, closet, and door to the back yard. The room is finished and full carpet. House has a kitchen, living room, half bath, and washer and dryer to your access. Kitchen also has microwave, toaster, and fridge to your use as well. Preferably looking for a female but any gender works!
